Where: Cowboys Golf Club’s 18-hole championship course in Grapevine, Texas, blends world-class golf with a one-of-a-kind NFL heritage as the only NFL-themed golf club in the world. How to Join: Add a golf pass when you register ($399 excluding club rental). This is the time to let us know if you'd like to rent clubs (limited availability, so act fast!)
What's Included: Greens fees, a golf cart, a delicious casual lunch, a fun happy hour, transportation to and from the hotel, and the chance to win prizes and giveaways.
*Golf is available for Standard Conference Pass type holders only. Golf is not offered for Industry Conference passes.
Important Pass Notes
Pass Qualifications
Standard Conference Passes are for qualified end-users only. A non-qualified registrant is a professional/company that fits the profile of an exhibitor/solution provider. Solution providers who would like to attend should consider exhibiting or registering for an Industry Conference pass.
Promo Code Usage
Promo/discount codes may not be retroactively applied, may only be used for net-new registrations, and may not be used for Industry Conference passes. Multiple promo codes or discount codes/offers cannot be used.
Golf Limited Availability
Limited golf spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Golf spots are available for $399, excluding club rental, to Data Center World Power registered attendees only and must be secured through the registration process when purchasing your Standard Conference pass. Golf is not offered for Industry Conference pass types.
Special Offers and Discounts
Group Discounts
Groups of 3 or more receive a 25% discount off current rates for Standard Conference and Industry Conference passes.
All group discount registrations can be completed through the primary registration process. After entering the first registration, click the Add Registration button. All registrations must be input and purchased at the same time. Group discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Government and Non-Profit Organizations
Registrants from government and non-profit organizations may be eligible for an industry discount. To validate your identification with a government agency or non-profit organization, contact our Registration Team at DataCenterWorldRegistration@informa.com.
Government & Non-Profit organizations receive 25% off onsite rates.
Promotional codes cannot be combined with Group Offers. The event organizers reserve the right to determine eligibility for any promotional/group offers.
Cancellations & Substitutions
All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your Data Center World Power, you may do so for a full refund, less a $300 service charge, until July 12, 2026. Cancellations received between July 13 and August 23, 2026, will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass and a $300 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after August 24, 2026, or for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend sending a substitute in your place. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to DataCenterWorldRegistration@informa.com.
Data Center World Power is open to Data Center Professionals involved in the decision-making process for their company or organization. Data Center World Power reserves the right to decline and/or reclassify any registration that does not meet this criteria. Conference passes are for qualified end-users only. A non-qualified registrant is a professional / company that fits the profile of sponsors & exhibitors. Solution Providers who would like to attend should consider exhibiting or purchasing an Industry Conference Pass. Show management reserves the right to make the final decision about qualification.
